Thanksgiving 2012

We spent Turkey Day with Grandma and Grandpa Smith and the girls were up early cooking. 

Breanna and Makayla loved being in the kitchen with Grandma!

Luke and Conner were ready to dig in!

After dinner the kids burned a little energy....

The next day we hit the park for a little OTL...

Jake LOVED holding baby Alex.  

And the games were on (except when they were being interrupted by trips to Walmart to sort out IPAD issues!)  Mohammad was the staple and we were all shining bright like diamonds.

Especially these two.

And the wishbone was finally dry enough to be broken...who will win?!?!?

Gma took Jake down!  Hope all her African wishes come true!

Loved this Thanksgiving full of babies crying, someone puking and tired kids galore!

Would not have it any other way!

Post Turkey Day Partying

We hit Magic Mountain one last time and it was PERFECT!

No crowds, gorgeous weather, so fun!

There's Jake up there, front row, second one in...Tatsu was all his!

Can't even count he number of times they rode this one...Jake did not like sitting in the wet seat the first time though hahaha!

Then we hit the beach....

Troy took the big kids looking for sand crabs up on the rocks...

And they found some delish ones!

We are definitely gonna miss our trips to LA for the next 18 months and we are gonna miss grandma and grandpa even more!  Hurry back!

Tomlachoff Farm

So excited that I got to go with Luke and Jackson on their field trip!  

Cute Elle was there too!

It was the perfect day for these big Kinders.

Roshan, Phillip and Tree Lights!

 Roshan and Phillip Phillips were the entertainers of the night, but if we're being truthful,

Me, Maryann and Rachel might have been our own entertainment.  

If you ever go to a concert, you might wanna take these girls with you...

they'll sing and dance even if there is no beat or words we know.  

And Jer's play by play commentary of Phillip's pain might have entertained us all even more.

 We had a lucky spot right in front of the tent where Roshan (you must be a Shake It Up fan to know) was signing autographs.  Just don't mess with the moms who have been waiting in line since 3:00...they don't want you to even see him.

 But see him we did and these girls thought it was the best thing ever:)

Keeping in tradition with last year, Jake said it was the most boring night of his life and he will not be back next year.  The rest of us may have to drag him back cuz we loved being out in all the festivities and fun!

(Next year though we have to set a meeting time and place beforehand because we missed our other buddies dang it!)

The Phangs Were Out....

 Along with the fruity smiles, singing voices, empty cup trash contests, book club discussions, and first class seating in #7.  

ALWAYS fun with this group and although we did not all agree on the exact ending of Down by the Banks
I think we can all agree...

So glad it was 10:00 this year!
